Property Damage Cover for Vacant Land Owners
If your land damages someone else's property and you're legally liable, the policy pays the compensation, up to your limit.
Example: A dead gum on your block falls in a storm and crushes your neighbour's fence and carport.
What counts as damage: Physical damage or loss, loss of use that follows from it, and nuisance or interference such as blocking a neighbour's access.
Good to know: Damage to property you own, or that's in your care, isn't covered.
